Perfect holiday!️ We booked this hotel because of their facilities and especially because of the flow rider surfing ‍️ in water world. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Mr Mohamed Fahmy is the most caring and polite hotel manager I’ve met during my international travels. He helped us through our challenges with wrong hotel booking and we had a great week without any extra problems.

Flow Rider! Me and my sons were surfing ‍️ the whole week. We had a great pleasure to enjoy the coaching from Mustafa Mahmud (guy really knows how to help beginners trying this great thing first time) and life guard Ali Rabie for his hospitality and making our stay so pleasant during the activities.

Great swimming pools. Beach snorkel All staff members were friendly. Amr Mohammed and mahmoud abdelaziz at the reception were very polite and helpful. We loved it.....

Wifi at room is too expensive. Food could be better too

As a usual visitor to Hurghada since 2005, I may consider my stay this time one of the most wonderful stays during that period. All staff are very helpful and polite, it started with respectable welcoming of front desk employees who were in charge Mr. Amir and Mr. Mahmoud, who showed their pleasure and kean to make us enjoy our stay and that we really happened. A lot of activities all day long beach, Aqua park, snorkling etc. a lot of restaurants that serve a variety of delicious food, also the animation team were very nice, there is a lot to say and I am sure that my first choice for visiting Hurghada next time will be this piece of art hotel that i am really proud that it exists on the land of my country ???????? Thank you for our wonderful vacation

Animation team activities and shows Buffet restaurants need more varieties and cleanness

+ The snorkeling at the hotel beach is marvelous, almost better than our snorkeling trip + The staff is really, really friendly and helpful. At arrival they even upgraded our room without any extra costs. + Many nice pools and slides to play around in + The bigger buffet in the middle (SUN), was great with many choices of food! + The afternoon coffees with sweets at the Pergola was a daily routine with many delicious choices

- Our expectation of the food was maybe too high. It's ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. The nearby mall is better, but you pay some extra there. - To say that this hotel has wifi is greatly exaggerated. There is a free wifi in the lobby (many users there and not really stable). The packages you can buy were quite unstable. I used it for work, but during on-line meetings I constantly disconnected. - The hotel needs maintenance, but it's not shaggy in any way and always kept clean. - We did have some issues with the room during our stay. Only one key card (family of four) and after some unsuccessful attempts by the staff to give us a new one, I didn't bother them with it more. They had to change our safe because it wouldn't open. The AC in the roof started leaking water one evening (but was fixed within 1-2 hours)

tout est beau et bien entretenu ! la nuit, le site est magnifique. l’établissement possède le traditionnel buffet pour les repas mais également plusieurs restaurants à thème qui sont accessibles gratuitement avec quelques plats payants. l’ensemble du complexe hôtelier comportent plus de 10 restaurants et bars variés. les chambres sont des suites très bien agencées et équipées avec de belles prestations. la plage est top, les piscines variées et beaucoup d’emplacements de bronzage disponibles. je recommande fortement.

Vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns wie geschätzte Gäste, deren Bedürfnisse an oberster Stelle standen. Das Personal zeichnete sich durch aufrichtige Freundlichkeit aus. Jeder Mitarbeiter, sei es an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant begrüßte uns stets mit einem herzlichen Lächeln. Die Bereitschaft zu helfen und die Aufmerksamkeit für die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Gäste waren beeindruckend. Egal, ob es um Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten, zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer oder besondere Ernährungsanforderungen ging, das Personal stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Unser kulinarisches Erlebnis in den Restaurants dieses Hotels war zweifellos das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen internationalen Küchen, die hier angeboten wird, ist schlichtweg beeindruckend und bietet den Gästen eine kulinarische Reise durch die Welt der Geschmacksrichtungen. Die Vielfalt der Speisekarten, angefangen bei der italienischen Pasta über die würzigen Aromen der mexikanischen Küche bis hin zu den exotischen Gerichten der afrikanischen und türkischen Küche, war eine Freude für unsere Gaumen. Das Ambiente in den Restaurants war ebenso ansprechend. Jedes Restaurant hatte eine einladende Atmosphäre, die die Kultur und Essgewohnheiten des jeweiligen Landes widerspiegelte. Die Live-Unterhaltung im Hotel hat eine entspannte und unterhaltsame Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Musiker und Künstler haben mit ihren talentierten Darbietungen eine einladende Stimmung geschaft Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels ist mehr als fair. Die Qualität der Unterkunft, der Service und die angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten stehen in einem ausgewogenen Verhältnis zu den Kosten. Wir fühlten uns nicht nur wohl, sondern auch wertgeschätzt, da wir das Gefühl hatten, ein erstklassiges Erlebnis zu einem vernünftigen Preis zu erhalten.

Das Hotel war TOP. Groß, sauber, angenehme Stimmung und ein super Personal das einem jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Trotz mancher Änderung unsererseits an unserer Buchung (Personenanzahl und weitere Tage im gleichen Zimmer) während unser Anwesenheit war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sind uns entgegenzukommen. Besonders waren an der Rezeption Amir Ali und Herr Ramadan meine Ansprechpartner in jeder Situation. Bei jeder Angelegenheit standen sie immer an der Rezeption zur Verfügung und konnte uns kompetent weiterhelfen. Abschließend kann ich den Aufenthalt hier nur weiterempfehlen

Еда хорошая и разнообразная, есть система "АляКард" - идешь в ресторан где по одному блюду будет без денег (все включено) основное блюло салат и десерт, а то что сверху и напитки за деньги, и такие ресторанчики и кафешки раскиданы по территории, алкоголь тоже включен, основная столовая с 7 до 23. Дети были в восторге от вафелек, мороженого и кукурузы в течении дня (безлимит) Пляж при отеле, чистый, зонтики лежаки матрасики... Аквапарк на территории есть детский и взрослый. Бассейн с теплой водой , есть глубиной 45см - в феврале очень хорошо. Каждый день какие то анимации , фитнесс в бассейне например )) Убирают номера каждый день, не знаю правда насколько идеально, но нам было комфортно. Вода - воду в номере приносили каждый день по 2 большие бутылки, и были еще маленькие бутылочки, плюс кулер с водой в столовой.

Не понравилось отношение персонала: 1) При заезде почти обязательно дают отстойный номер чтобы вынудить человека дать денег за смену номера (10-20$) 2) Не пускают чужие такси ко входу, от въезда до входа от 8 до 15 минут пешком. Когда ехали на экскурсию тоже пришлось самим идти, заезжают только экскурсии от отеля - к другим отелям все прекрасно подъезжают 3) Цена такси при отеле до Senzo молл 30Евро , при стоимости Uber 4$ и смотри пункт 2) 4) Когда ехали на экскурсию в Люксор (экскурсия длится весь день с 5 утра, заказали ее не в отеле) попросили собрать с вечера нам завтрак с собой в пакет и нам отказали (их сотрудник забыл нас якобы внести в базу, хотя я очень просил) - в самом вшивом 3х звездочном отеле людям это делают а тут непонятное отношение 5) даже в номере люкс уже после того как поменяли не работал совсем кран в ванной - починили его за два дня 6) свет в номере - на мой вкус слишком темно везде, особенно в туалете и ванной 7) цен в лексиконе промежуточных нет - 10$ 20$ , на чай 1$

самая красивая территория отеля и супер номера! большие и просторные, в восточном красивом стиле… супер ванная комната, очень остались довольны)

не понравился подход празднования НГ. ощущение праздника-не было. не было программы для всех жильцов отеля, только за отдельную плату и куда уже было не попасть. все было забронировано.
