enjoyable stay

Both aqua parks were a lot of fun and great for all ages. The hotel is spacious and well-maintained. The à la carte restaurants offered excellent food and service. Special thanks to Mr. Amr for his warm hospitality!

The food quality at the main restaurant could be better. The beach has many rocks, which makes it less comfortable for swimming.

The staff significantly enhances the overall experience with their warmth and friendliness. From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for. Whether it is the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, each member of the team contributes to creating a hospitable environment that makes guests feel right at home. Spacious and quiet room, great corals and sealife, nice beach with plentiful sun beds, good waterpark, lot of restaurants and bars, good value for money

Great stay! Food is buffet and served for hundreds of people so can’t expect too much but everything else in this place,

Perfect holiday!️ We booked this hotel because of their facilities and especially because of the flow rider surfing ‍️ in water world. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Mr Mohamed Fahmy is the most caring and polite hotel manager I’ve met during my international travels. He helped us through our challenges with wrong hotel booking and we had a great week without any extra problems.

Flow Rider! Me and my sons were surfing ‍️ the whole week. We had a great pleasure to enjoy the coaching from Mustafa Mahmud (guy really knows how to help beginners trying this great thing first time) and life guard Ali Rabie for his hospitality and making our stay so pleasant during the activities.

We had higher expectations but all in all we loved our stay. The staff is just wonderful!

+ The snorkeling at the hotel beach is marvelous, almost better than our snorkeling trip + The staff is really, really friendly and helpful. At arrival they even upgraded our room without any extra costs. + Many nice pools and slides to play around in + The bigger buffet in the middle (SUN), was great with many choices of food! + The afternoon coffees with sweets at the Pergola was a daily routine with many delicious choices

- Our expectation of the food was maybe too high. It's ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. The nearby mall is better, but you pay some extra there. - To say that this hotel has wifi is greatly exaggerated. There is a free wifi in the lobby (many users there and not really stable). The packages you can buy were quite unstable. I used it for work, but during on-line meetings I constantly disconnected. - The hotel needs maintenance, but it's not shaggy in any way and always kept clean. - We did have some issues with the room during our stay. Only one key card (family of four) and after some unsuccessful attempts by the staff to give us a new one, I didn't bother them with it more. They had to change our safe because it wouldn't open. The AC in the roof started leaking water one evening (but was fixed within 1-2 hours)

As usual exceptional Friendly staff with nice gestures Spacey clean rooms Wonderful for kids Beach is nice and sandy also good reef for snorkeling Lovely Animation team and good vibes in the shows, we loved the latin night show Quality of food is good, this visit a la carte lunch was a very good addition. Dinner was great at Italian and kebab restaurants. View and desserts at pergola were lovely. Thank you for wonderful vacation.

As a usual visitor to Hurghada since 2005, I may consider my stay this time one of the most wonderful stays during that period. All staff are very helpful and polite, it started with respectable welcoming of front desk employees who were in charge Mr. Amir and Mr. Mahmoud, who showed their pleasure and kean to make us enjoy our stay and that we really happened. A lot of activities all day long beach, Aqua park, snorkling etc. a lot of restaurants that serve a variety of delicious food, also the animation team were very nice, there is a lot to say and I am sure that my first choice for visiting Hurghada next time will be this piece of art hotel that i am really proud that it exists on the land of my country ???????? Thank you for our wonderful vacation

I had a wonderful stay . The rooms were comfortable, big and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. My children were very happy with everything — from the friendly staff to the great facilities, they truly enjoyed every moment. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Eren for her exceptional hospitality and support during our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt at home and had everything we needed. A special thanks as well to the amazing animation team, especially Mizo and Kero, who brought so much joy and energy to our stay. Their enthusiasm and kindness made the experience unforgettable for my children and we absolutely loved the activities they organized. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Staff Hospitality is above and beyond. special thanks to Mr Mohamed Ramadan and Mr Amr for their warm welcome. Amenities are family-friendly, safe for kids, and relaxing for parents.
